Offering assistance with spatial planning, renovation
finish selections, colour/ paint consulting, decor installs,
window coverings + design concepts. This can include
using what you have and building off of it, or selecting,
styling and installing all new furnishings to redesign your
beautiful home.

PARTIAL STAGE

FOR REALTORS + SELLERS WITH SOME FURNITURE BUT NEEDING
THAT STYLISH EDGE

Includes layering cohesive textiles, accents, art and greenery into
the clients’ home setting for photography and listing period. This
drives traffic for showings + evokes an emotional response from
buyers leading to higher offers and quicker sales. Term pricing is
based on a 30 day rental, and on sq feet.

VACANT STAGE

FOR REALTORS + SELLERS LOOKING FOR TOP RETURN ON INVESTMENT

Includes staging and styling the home for it’s maximum potential.
Using on trend, stylish furnishings to bring the home to life. Your
listing will garner attention and exposure while displaying scale to
buyers. The goal is to pique interest with marketing photos, and
create a wow factor during showings. Term pricing is based on
a 30 day rental, and on sq feet.
